When is the February Smoke & Sip Tasting available?
The tasting menu is available on select dates throughout the month of February. It is not available on February 14th. When booking through OpenTable, select a February date and note “February Smoke & Sip Tasting” in the reservation comments.
Do I need to pre-pay for the menu?
No pre-payment is required. The $65 per person price (plus tax and gratuity) will be applied to your bill at the restaurant when you dine.
Is the tasting menu per person or per table?
The price is $65 per person. The experience is designed for sharing, especially the Pit Master Platter, and works best when everyone at the table participates in the tasting.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs where possible. Please include any allergies or restrictions in your OpenTable notes and speak with your server on arrival so our team can guide you through available options.
Is this suitable for groups or celebrations?
Absolutely. The tasting is perfect for date nights, small groups, and celebrations. For parties of 8 or more, we recommend contacting the restaurant directly so we can help plan your evening.
